We loved the convenience of this hotel, as it is very close to the railway station and right down the street from the tram. The location is ideal for exploring the city, with the train station and main attractions within walking distance. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were satisfactory. The breakfast offered a great variety of food choices and had a pleasant ambiance. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Unique and artistic room designs, individual wall decorations, and a creatively designed entry area/restaurant. The hotel's location between the train station and city center is convenient. The breakfast was delicious and vegetarian-friendly. Despite some noise from outside, the hotel felt safe. I highly recommend staying at Graffalgar.
